Steamed Fish in Clinatro

 How to Make Steamed Fish in Chili -Cilantro Sauce

 

For the marinade :

1 tbsp chopped fresh green chilli paste

1/2 cup cilantro leaves paste

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp ground  black pepper

4 tbsp mustard oil

1 tbsp water

750 gms fish, cut into small pieces or raw prawns

Method:

1. Combine chili paste,cilantro paste, salt, black pepper and mustard oil in a large bowl. Add fish

   tossing gently to coat each piece

 

2. Either steam or braise the fish .place fish and marinade in an Ungreased  skillet over low heat.

   Simmer, cover until fish is done, 8- 10 minutes, turning the piece once, serve immediately.
