1 cup channa 1/4 cup grated coconut salt to taste Seasoning Mustard, curry leaves, red chillies Soak channa overnight. Cook it in pressure cooker. Season mustard, red chilli, curry leaves. Add channa, salt, coconut, stir well. NOTE: Do the same pattern with different dals: black channa,black eyed beans, moong dal, channa dal ,rajma,double beans, sprouted green gram .....for moong dal & channa dal(gram dal) no need to soak over night. Soak only for 1 hr.
