Spiced Potato Fry Recipe
4 large white potatoes 1 brinjal (option) ¼ cup boiled peas (optional) ½ tsp chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric Few slices of onion Peel potatoes. Slice in thin wafers as for crisps. Slices brinjal slightly thicker. Soak all I salted water. Drain dry before frying. Mix spices well with above. Heat oil well. Fry everything till pale gold in colour. Drain and decorate in platter with fried onion.
