200           Sea scallops

200           Medium shrimp

250           Skinless fish fillet,(any firm white fish cut in to bite size)

200           Squid  cut to rings

1              Tbsp cayenne pepper

2              Tbsp  cooking oil

2              Tbsp  chopped garlic

1              Cup chopped onions

1 ½          Tsp turmeric powder

1              Cup chopped tomato

2              Tsp Minced green chilli

2              Tsp Ginger roots

½             Tsp Cumin powder

1 ½          Cup mix bell pepper

1              Tsp Garam masala

¼             Fresh lemon juice

1 ½          Tsp Fenugreek seeds

2 ½          Tbsp. Cilantro chopped

Salt to taste


  1. Wash all the sea food well and put in the bowl and combine all together
  2. Sprinkle salt cayenne and turmeric powder and mix to coat with sea food
  3. Separate saucepan heat cooking oil  and fry onion till get brown color
  4. Add garlic ginger fry for 3 minutes
  5. Add tomatoes chopped ginger chilli and cumin  then cook more 5 minutes
  6. Or until get soft
  7. Add sea food and bell pepper mix all together cook (except shrimp)
  8. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.when mixture comes to boil uncover and reduce the heat .
  9. Then now you can add the shrimp and cook more 5 minutes
  10. Remove from the heat and add fresh lemon juice sprinkle  fenugreek powder and garam masala and cilantro.
  11. Cover and allow flavors to blend.
