1/4 tsp medium chili powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/4 tsp ground coriander

1tsp finely grated, ginger

1 garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp malt vinegar

1 tsp  sugar

14 oz skinless chicken filets,cut in to 1 1/2 inch long strips

2 medium eggs

2 tbsp dried coarse white breadcrumbs

vegetable oil,for deep frying




1. In a large  bowl mix 1 tbsp oil ,chili powder,salt,cumin ,coriander, ginger,garlic ,vinegar and sugar

2 . Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat  thoroughly

3 . Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight


4 . In a large bowl beat the egg


5 . Spread the breadcrumbs on the large plate


6 . Dip the chicken in the egg


7 . Then in the breadcrumbs ,coating evenly


8 . Heat the oil in a deep frying pan


9 . Fry in batches for about 10 minutes or until cooked and golden
