1 cup aatta
1 bunch of spinach
1 t.spoon jeera
1 ” ginger
2-4 green chilly
salt to taste
oil to fry
1. Clean and boil spinach for 2 minutes
2. Roast jeera without oil
3. Grind spinach, ginger, green chilly, jeera to fine paste.
4. Add paste to aatta flour, salt to taste make a fine dough
5. Make poori and deep fry it in oil.
SERVE HOT WITH ANY SIDE DISHES.
