Nut Fudge

How to Make Nut Fudge

7/8 cup condensed milk

2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 tbsp whole milk

3 green cardamoms seeds crushed

1/3 mix almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, coarsely crushed

Method:

 1. In a pan ,stir the condensed milk over a low -to medium heat for a minute.

 

 2 . Add the butter and then the milk

 

 3 . Add cardamoms and cook the mixture till  become to  thicker and reduce about 6 -7 minutes

 

 4 . Stir  in the nuts and heat for more 2 minutes

 

 5 . Place the sticky mixture on to greaseproof paper and pat into a 4 inch square and 3/4 inch thick or

     as you wish

 

 6 . leave to cool and serve with tea
