Mix Vegitable RaitaHow to Make Mixed Vegetable Raita

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tsp sugar

salt to taste

1 tsp roasted ground cumin

2/3  cup chopped onions

2/3 cup finely dices tomatoes

2/3 cucumber,seeded and chopped

1 tbsp chopped cilantro

 

Method:

 

1. Combine the yogurt and sugar together with a whisk. Stir in salt and the ground roasted cumin.

 

2. Add the onions, tomatoes and cucumbers. Garnished with cilantro and serve.
