How To Make Meat Fritters

1  Lb Ground lamb

2  tsp mint leaves,finely chopped

1/4  tsp garam masala

1 lb potato boiled and mushed

1/2  tsp ground white pepper

4  tbsp dried white bread crumbs

2  Medium eggs , beaten

3  tbsp vegetable oil

1  Onion, finely chopped

2  Green chili, finely chopped

1  tsp grated ginger

1/2  tsp turmeric powder

1/2  Ground cumin

1/2  Ground coriander

1  tsp tomato puree

Salt to taste

 

Method :

1.  In fry pan heat the oil and fry the onions

 

2.  Add chili  ginger and garlic  and fry for 3 minutes . Add salt, turmeric powder, cumin, and      

     coriander then mix well

 

3.   Add the tomato puree and stir in the ground lamb and  fry over medium heat about 3-4  
      minutes to brown the meat

 

4.  Add the mint and fry , stirring often , for 15-20 minutes until lambs is cooked

 

5.  Sprinkle the garam masala on the  top

 

6.  Mix the mushed potatoes with bit salt and the pepper

 

7.  Spread the bread crumbs on the flat plate, take the hand full of potato with wet hand make
     a bowl shape , place 1 tbsp lamb in the Centre,  of the potatoes and pull the edge over it,
     shape in to  a flat, round patty  and repeat with remaining potatoes and lamb

 

8.  Dip patty in the egg,   and coat evenly in breadcrumbs

 

9.  Heat the oil for shallow- frying in a large frying pan  and fry each side about 2-3 minutes
     until golden

 

10.  Remove from the heat and  drain on paper towels
