Mani puri pork curry


Pork                                                                        1 lb

Large Onion      (chopped)                                         1

Green Chillies                                                            6

minced Ginger                                                         100 gm

minced Garlic                                                           50 gm

Tomatoes                                                               3 sliced

Cilantro                                                                   3 sprigs

Chilli powder                                                            1 ½  tbsp

Dry chilli crushed                                                      1tbsp

Turmeric powder                                                     1 tsp

Mustard oil                                                             4 tbsp


    1.  Heat mustard oil in a pressure cooker or large and deep pot

    2.  Add chopped onions and fry for 4 minutes

    3. Add the pork and fry well.

    4. Add the turmeric, chilli and crushed chilli powder and fry for ten minutes.

    5.  Add the green chillies, minced ginger and garlic and let cook more 5 minutes

   6.  pour a cup of water and pressure cook the meat till  three four whistles .

   7.Add sliced tomatoes and salt and let the curry simmer for 12  minutes and  Garnish with cilantro.
