How To Make Lamb With Fennel And Nigella

 

1        lb boneless lamb

1        cup chopped onions

1        tbsp minced ginger roots

1        tbsp minced garlic

¼       cider vinegar

2        tbsp cooking oil

1        tsp cayenne pepper

1       ½ tbsp nigella seeds

2        tbsp fennel seeds (coarsely ground)

1        sliced tomatoes and some lemon wedges to garnish

method

1.   cut lamb in to bite size and wash well and keep aside
      puree the onions

2.   in a large saucepan stir pureed onions ,ginger, and vinegar and lamb then mix well. Marinate in

      refrigerator for one hour
