Ingredients

 

280-340g/ 10-12oz white cabbage

1 small onion, finelyt chopped

1 fresh green chilli, finely chopped, seeded if a milder flavour is preferred

2-3 tbsps thick-set natural yogurt

2 tsps mint sauce

½ tsp salt

 

Grate the cabbage or shred it very finely, then place it in a large mixing bowl.  Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Place the salad in a serving dish, cover and chill before serving.
