1 (1 – pound) can salmon 1 (8- ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon grated onion 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon liquid smoke seasoning ½ cup chopped walnuts 3 tablespoons snipped parsley Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine salmon with the next 6 ingredients; mix well. Chill several hours. Combine walnuts and parsley. Shape salmon mixture into 8 x 2 inch log, or use a fish mold. Roll in nut mixture. Chill well.
