1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons melted butter

3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese

1- ¼ cups dark brown sugar, firmly packed

3 eggs

2 tablespoons flour

½ cup chopped pecans

1-½ teaspoons vanilla

Maple syrup

 

Mix crumbs, sugar and butter, and press into 9-inch spring form pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.  Cool.  Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until fluffy.  Beat in eggs, one at a time.  Sift in flour, add pecans and vanilla.  Pour mixture into pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set.  Cool in pan, remove to serving plate, and brush with maple syrup and garnish with chopped pecans.  Chill for at least 3 hours.
