| Mom’s Blue Ribbon Ice Cream |

Makes 1 gallon 2 -1/2 cups sugar 4-6 eggs 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon flour 1-1/2 tablespoons vanilla ½ teaspoon lemon flavouring 1 quart cream Beat sugar and eggs until very thick. Mix all remaining ingredients with the creamed sugar and eggs. Pour mixture into chilled gallon freezer cylinder. Pour in milk to reach fill line or 3 inches from top. Freeze by hand-crank or electric freezer until firm or very hard to crank.
