Zucchini and Chicken Skillet
2 medium zucchini, sliced 2 tablespoons shortening ½ cup tomatoes, drained 2 pounds chicken 1 can cream of celery soup Salt and pepper to taste
In skillet brown chicken in shortening. Pour off excess fat. Add soup tomatoes and seasonings. Cover. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Add zucchini. Cook about 15 minutes longer.
