1 pound chicken wings ¼ pound (1 stick) butter ¼ teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons parsley 1 cup fine, dry bread crumbs ½ cup Parmesan cheese 1 teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper Cut off tips from chicken wings and discard; split remaining portion of wing at joint to form two pieces. Melt butter, mixing in garlic powder. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Dip chicken wing portions in seasoned butter, them roll in crumbs. Bake on a greased baking sheet (use one with edges) in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 50 minutes. These can be frozen and baked later. Nancy Lesky
