Fried Lambs' KidneysHow to Make Fried Lambs’ Kidneys

1lb Lambs’ Kidneys

2 Green Chilli

1/2 Inch fresh ginger

1/2 tsp Chili Powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Ground coriander

1 tsp Black pepper

1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Salt to taste

Some  Coconut Oils

Method :

1.  Wash the Kidney well and cut into quarters

 

2.  Peel the Onion and chopped coarsely. Deseed and finely slice the green chili.

Peel, then chopped the garlic with vinegar

 

3. Mix the chili powder, turmeric, ground coriander and black pepper with 2 tbsp

of lemon juice to form a paste. Coat the kidneys with the paste and the

onion mixture. Sprinkle with the salt. Set aside to marinate for 45 minutes

to 1 hour

 

4. Heat 1 tbsp of coconut oil over the low heat. Fey the onion until soft.

Add the garlic, ginger and green chili, fry for a minute. Add the marinated

kidneys and fry for a further 8- 10 minutes. Add another 2 tsp of lemon

juice, then cook gently by covered for 5 more minutes and serve when hot
