Yogurt Chutney (2½ cups ) 2 cups plain yogurt 1 tsp sea slat 1 pinch ground black pepper 3 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander ½ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp cayenne Place the yogurt in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients, except the cayenne. Mix well. Place in a serving bowl. Sprinkle with cayenne to garnish.
