250g jar corn relish 1 ½ cups (300g) sour cream Few drops Tabasco sauce 2 tablespoons finely Chopped fresh chives ½ cup (60g) finely grated cheddar cheese Combine ingredients in medium saucepan; stir over low heat until just warm. Serve with corn chips, if desired.
