2/3 cup fructose ¾ cup cooking oil 2 eggs 1 ½ cups cake flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup cooked carrots Mix all ingredients together with electric beater. Bake in a greased and floured 8 x8 inch pan, at 375 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
