| One-Step Cocoa Cake |

2- ½ cups all-purpose flour 1- ¾ cups sugar ½ cup cocoa 2 teaspoons baking soda ½ teaspoons salt 1 cup milk 2/3 cup softened butter or margarine 2 teaspoons vanilla 3 eggs ¼ cup sliced almonds Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x9- inch pan. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except almonds. Beat 1 minute at low speed; beat 3 minutes at highest speed. Pour into prepared pan; sprinkle almonds over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until center tests done. Cool; cut into squares.
