1 onion (grated) 2 tsp mustard 2 tsp vinegar 2 tsp ginger/garlic Powdered red chillies Salt 1 kg steak (rump) 3 pieces garlic 3 red dry chillies 1 cup tomato puree 2 tblsp solid ghee Marinate steak for 1 hour in first 6 ingredients. Braise sliced garlic and dry red chillies in ghee. Add marinated steak, simmer till steak is cooked. Now add tomato puree and simmer till gravy is thick.
