Cucumber Raita

 

2½ cups Plain yogurt

1 cup  peeled, seeded, grated and drained cucumber

1 tbsp finely chopped fresh mint leaves

½ tsp ground roasted cumin seeds

¼ tsp cayenne

1 tsp sea salt

1 pinch pinch ground black pepper

 

In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until it is smooth.  Add all the remaining ingredients.  Stir. Refrigerate.  Serve.
