Coriander Crusted Pork Chilli Fry

How To Make Coriander – Crusted Pork Chilli Fry

1 lb boneless top lion pork chops cut small sizeCoriander Crusted Pork Chilli Fry

5 tsp coriander seeds

3 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp black peppercorns

3 tbsp oil

3 tsp finely chopped garlic

2 cups sliced onions

1 ½ cups bell pepper (any colour mix  Colour)

¾ tsp hot pepper flakes

salt to taste


1.    Coarsely crush coriander,cumin and black pepper mix with ½ tsp of salt

2.    Put pork in to   saucepan  then toss with spice powder to coat strips evenly

3.    In a wok heat  1 ½ tbsp. oil and heat .stir –fry pork for 5 and transfer to a bowl set a side

4.    in a same wok heat and add rest of oil ,fry garlic for 30 onions,bell pepper  and  salt to

       enough for taste stir-fry  about 10-12 minutes.

5.    Increase heat to medium high add pork and hot pepper flakes.stir fry  mixing well for another

      5 minutes longer.
