1 Cup fresh coconut, grated

3 green chili

2 tbsp fresh ginger grated

1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro

1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 cups plain yogurt

Salt to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

10 curry leaves

Method:

1. Place the Coconut , green chili, ginger and cilantro in a food processor or blender and grind to a smooth

paste. Add the yogurt, mix well and add the salt

 

2. Heat the oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle add the curry leaves and then pour

into the Coconut mixture. Mix well and serve as a dip for snack.
