Cilantro and mint raitaHow to Make Cilantro And Mint Raita

1 Cup fresh cilantro

3 tbsp fresh mint

2 green chili

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 tbsp lime or lemon juice

1 Cup plain yogurt

1/2 tsp sugar

Salt to taste

 

Method:

 

1. Place the fresh cilantro,fresh mint,green chili and garlic in a food processor or blender and process to

a fine paste. Add the lime juice and a little water if require

 

2. Place the yogurt in a glass bowl and whisk in the green paste. Add the sugar and salt.

 

3. You can also make it in advance by freezing the paste before you add the yogurt
