2 lb chicken pieces with boneless

6 cloves

7 black peppercorns

2 inch cinnamon stick

4 garlic cloves

 

Method

 

Place the chicken pieces in a heavy based pan with 4 1/2 cups water

 

Add the cloves, peppercorns,cinnamon, and garlic

 

Bring to boil ,cover and simmer for 30 minutes

 

Strain the stock  ,let it cool,cover and refrigerate for up to  a week.

 

The stock can be frozen in a small plastic container for up to 3 months
