1kg  chicken  cut in to bite size with skin or without skin

2 tbsp ginger paste

2 tbsp garlic paste

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

2 tsp ground cumin

3 tbsp plain yogurt

1/4 tsp salt

2 lemon wedges

1 small onion slices

1 tomato slices

and 3 radish slices

 

Method:

1. Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken into the marinade and toss to coat well.

Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

 

2. Preheat oven to 350 °C. Roast chicken until tender ,about 45 minutes, turning once. Place the pieces

under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes to brown lightly, and turn once.

 

3. Arrange chicken piece on a preheated platter and squeeze lime on to. Place onions ,tomato and radish slices

around the edges. Serve immediately.
