Butter Chicken Breasts
1 kg breasts of chicken Juice of 1 lemon 2 tblsp butter ½ tsp crushed jeera (cumin) 1 tsp green pounded chilli1 tsp salt Rind of lemon ( 1 tsp) ½ tsp freshly ground pepper 1 tsp crushed garlic Mix slat, chilli, rind and cumin into juice and marinate for few hours. Thread skewer with meat alternating with baby onion, whole pepper, mushrooms (optional). Grill over fire basting with butter or ghee.
