Spicy Chicken Liver CurryHow to Cook Spicy Chicken Liver Curry

2  cup sliced onion

3/4 cup shallots

2 tbsp grated garlic

2 tbsp grated ginger

2 green chili cut into small piece

7 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tbsp ground masala

1 tbsp garam masala

1 kg chicken liver   (cut or  without cut  )




1. In a wide skillet fry the onion,shallots, garlic, ginger, and green chili in the oil over medium high

heat until the onions are brown


2. Stir in the ground masala ,garam masala and salt , fry briefly until spices no longer smell raw


3.  Add the liver pieces and 1/2 cup of water and cook over medium  high heat until ,most of the

liquid evaporated and the liver is cooked through. There should be enough sauce left to cling to

the pieces of liver. Serve it warm
