3 pounds chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
1½ teaspoons curry powder
1½ teaspoons ginger-garlic paste
½ tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Mix everything together in a mixing bowl and put into your slow cooker. Set the cooker on low setting and cook for approximately 5-6 hors. If after the chicken is cooked you still feel that there’s more liquid than you want, you can cook it off in a separate pan on the stovetop before serving.
