Cauli Flower Soup

Cauli Flower Souphow to make Cauliflower soup

1 cup cauliflower cut in to samll florets

1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander

1 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1/4 cup tomato sauce

 3 green chilli pepper finely chopped

1/4 chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup onions cut lengthwise

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/4 tsp fennel seeds

 10 curry leaves

1 bay leaf

3 small piece cinnamon stick

3 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 toor dal

salt to taste


1.    Boil 3 cups of wate in a tall saucepan and add toor dal, turmeric powder and cook about

      30 minutes until dal get creamy and set aside

2.    In another tall saucepan heat the Coconut oil and add cinnamon, bay leaf,curry leaves fennel.

       cumin seeds. mix quick and cover till seeds are brown.

3.    Add onion.tomato  and green chilli.mix. and cook until onions are tender

4.    Add tomato sauce and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.stir the ingredients in the

       saucepan reach a creamy consistency.

5.    Add the dal mixture and more 4 cup of warm water in it

6.    Add salt ,cardamom and cumin powder to saucepan.stir well.cook over medium heat until mixture

       get to boil

7.    Add cauliflower and cook.uncovered until tender about 3 minutes

8.    Add coriander land let simmer for 3-4 minutes with cauliflower and remove from the heat
