| Pepperoni Balls |

1 Package hot roll mix ¼ pound mozzarella cheese cut in cubes ¼ - ½ lb pepperoni, thinly sliced Prepare roll mix according to package directions, but omitting egg and using I cup water. Dough does not need to rise. Place one cheese cube on one pepperoni slice. Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Fry in deep hot oil for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
