| Blue Cheese Mushrooms |

1 pound mushrooms (1- 1 ½ inches in diameter) ¼ cup green onion slices 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 cup (4 ounces) crumbled blue cheese 1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Saute stems and green onion in margarine until soft. Combine with cheeses, mixing well. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps. Place on a broiler pan rack and broil for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
